In short – as quickly and confidentially as possible! Our goal and processes ensure that employees feel heard and safe in coming forward to share a concern or worry, and that follow up creates appropriate and meaningful change.

They are constrained by Omnicom and don't make many decisions that aren't approved by someone higher. They also like to point fingers when there are issues rather than finding out the source of the issue. It's a popularity contest and the only people winning are on the Executive Leadership Team, and HR doesn't seem to care. They're all friends and they will get rid of anyone who doesn't agree with everything they say. "Tell it like it is" is a made up value they act like they promote, that no one actually wants to hear unless it's positive.

They look out for the best interest of the company, and that's it. Don't look to find resolve or support with serious issues. So long as they aren't faced with a lawsuit, they'll push off any concerns you have as much as possible.

They'll help you out if it's a serious discrimination issue or concern. Complaints about other employees become he said-she said and don't require strong documentation or evidence.
