    Helpful

    You're going to gain amazing levels of experience from the start which is great. Then you'll be expected to continuously level up and outdo yourself without consistent promotion cycles or rationale, and you won't be paid for it. It doesn't matter if you've done thought leadership, are a manager, or lead workstreams as a consultant or even below. You'll be making just enough money to get by in the three most expensive cities in the country.
