Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

One sided operation needs leadership

Less hours, need consistent dayoffs, necessary breaks.

There aren’t enough character to describe how awful this place is. I have been a chef for 30 years, I have never seen anything like this. I am laterally blown aw

Higher base pay, and benifits if working full time hours not make us wait a year

It is better than previous job

Because my F&B managers are horrendous. I had pink eye and now they completely changed my shifts without telling me when I have scheduling conflicts I had told them when I was first hired.

I've worked for this company for three years and have only been given a .30¢ raise, even though a perform the workload of three people. I'm also not allowed to get pto during my seasonal position. When i do get it on the off season, it's taken back once i'm pushed back into seasonal. It's unfair

Department Director wanted to fire an employee upon their cancer diagnosis. Couldn't have them missing shifts. Thankfully the employee filed for FMLA. Nothing the corporate overlords could do then.

In the accounting department, we tend to work over 40 hours every week yet we are not compensated properly. Maybe if there were bonuses quarterly or just higher pay. With the extra hours we work, if we were hourly, our income would be 5k or more higher than what it is.

The hourly rate is not fair

Not paid based on comparable positions in the city and what is expected. Need to overhaul the leadership team. They know how to manage operations and numbers, but have no idea how to lead a team with integrity and the company values.

I feel like they don't value they're black African-American employees like they do their other employees they treat us like trash if we don't do what they say I feel very disrespected by this company

I was fired after 10 years!!

No but I would like to retire from this job

Having a meeting to discuss negotiations with the culinary union on the contract that is ot has been negotiations with the banquet director and executive team. Right now there is little transparency on how we get paid

advancing is hard and not an even playing field, be wary of any promotion that comes with part-time status, this company layed off so many dealers citing strategic reasons, when it clearly was for cost-cutting reasons and heartless

Review from Customer Support Dept

Yes They don’t appreciate extra things you do and the upbeat and great cust

My supervisors always acted like I was important when they needed something from me like to cover a shift or pick up the slack for bad workers, but treated me like I was disposable any other time. I was written up for frivolous things despite my talent.

Higher pay, better benefits, more hours.
