Track side chairs are very hard, not receiving what they should for the money they spend
The whole property needs help from management to the staff there's no help around that place when you need it ..they have a limit on linen but they blame you for not having none they overcharge customers
Having equipment that is in working order by way of repair with a bandaid does not work. Communication from beverage directors.

The management has low professionalism
Bartenders who work in the well should be able to read or text if all of their work is done. They expect people to sit in the back with minimal personal interaction and do nothing for 8-10 hours.
Blatant, rampant favoritism and discrimination
I personally was hoping to stay long enough to advance my career through this company and go for an office job

Miscommunication between co-worker,managers,cooks and chefs
We are not treated like human beings, this "customer first at the expense of all else" environment is toxic, we are not machines, we have lives outside of work, if you want your customers taken care of then take care of your employees.
