    Removing the stack ranked performance management system. It’s, by far, the biggest drag on culture at Capital One, and better (but not perfect) options exist.

    Offer more support to families with subsidized on site childcare. I would be more likely to stay later if that existed knowing I didn't have to fight traffic to pick up my kid on time. Create equal perks at locations. Some locations have a lack of afford food options and little to no snacks. Some locations don't have a gym or access to gym classes or a trainer.
