
Fair pay. Distribution of work
The people who interviewed me were actually fairly nice and patient.
Lots of hard workers at Cat but they were underpaid and eventually left
Find ways to reduce over time. 10 hrs/ day at least and Saturdays was not very sustainable
Training more people to learn things that are essential to work every day and not have over time.
After learning new skills and running a small area alone for months at a time that needed 2 people I was not given a raise and told the only way to get one was to be a team lead.
