Great pay and benefits. A lot if mandatory ovetime and required Saturdays. Unless you're and office worker or upper management you will be home enough to sleep and go back to work and one day off. Its a good place to work, but the work/life balance is really bad.

Health insurance and 401k plan is great.

The compensation is decent. Air conditioned breakrooms.

Work hard and everyone gets along pretty well
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Corporate executives need to quit forcing mandatory overtime on weekends. Let workers do their 5 days work weeks and enjoy their families with two days off. One day off is not sufficient rest especially in states where the summer heat stays in triple digits.
