Better pay. Stop increasing the demands on already demanding jobs. Stop purposefully making employees miserable.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The company needs to quit taking from us--wages, benefits, break times etc. Stop looking for reasons to discipline people.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Embrace the union mentality. Do not "rat out" coworkers. Blame the company, not the union, for our losses in wages and benefits.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They continue to pile on more work and responsibilities to our job duties. They basically need to treat production employees better in all aspects.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Cat has a two tiered wage system. The bottom tier has gotten a few minimal increases, while the top tier hasn't had a raise in 25 plus years. I work a lot of overtime and am barely "treading water", while management and shareholders are raking in huge salaries, bonuses and dividends.
