The gulf between shop floor workers and management is immense regarding compensation,as for their management regarding people skills and productivity,it beggars belief....
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Personally I think they need to listen to people on the shop floor. The mentality of “Them and us” has no place in todays workplace.
