Grown up a lot but half has been bad over some of the suspensions. Treatment and lack of communication is bad.

Communication and better understanding. Fight more for what is needed.

Be fair and not walk us out over trivial stuff. Have better understanding of our jobs

Can't get funding or support for stuff that needs fixed. Don't need a gym, need upgrades bad.
