its getting bad as time goes on
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they dont know what we do unlike the previous

managements attitude towards the good employees as opposed to those that can not do the work

we are not motivated like we use to be new employees dont have qualifing background any more
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
listen to the employees that do the job tecongnise who is doing the work and compesate award them not equal for those not doing it
