My co-workers are great to work with. We generally work really well together.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication with the shop floor. Ideas that come from the shop floor are generally ignored
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The staff need to interact more with the shop floor. A different opinion or change of view can sometimes do wonders.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Middle management ie supervisors are generally quite poor. There's a lack of respect from them and morale seems to be quite low because of this.
