Awful. Been there 6 years and treated like I'm worthless even though I work hard with the company's values in mind.

Better supervisors and plant managers. Turnover rate is so high due to terrible leaders
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not promoting people based on who they are . Most are well underqualified AND a minority.
