Safety every one the hole company is deeply invested in everyone's safety
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Mostly positive environment but their is always a negitive Nancy in the group.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My actually work group is great every one is helpful and really looks out for each other
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When some one can work at McDonald's and get payed the same your not payed enough for your "skilled labor"
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Their seems to be a very thick good ol boy culture when it comes to promotions. It's always the same people moving.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some are very disconnected and don't have a clue as to what actually happens on the shop floor. Yet they help make the policies we all have to abide by.
