No one works together. Makes for a bad environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It's a sinking ship. It's being ran like they are wanting it to fail.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They know nothing on what they are managing. We have to tell them what they need to do.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We don't get the proper tools needed on time to run productively. Then they work us to death to catch back up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not cared about as people. We can do so much more for the company if we were appreciated. Just a little personal appreciation.
