Hate it, one of my top 5 worst places I've worked at.....
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The whole atmosphere in there is negative
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a supplemental employee and don't get no bennifets at all. Horrible health insurance, no dental, no Retirement.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is an extreme problem at Caterpillar in Pomona, MO HPH including the manager's on the shop floor. This place needs a whole makeover
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team at Pomona, MO is not good at all, every employee at HPH is unhappy with management and they are a joke. They don't care about there employees and they only care about numbers and I've seen many times they push bad product through and then if caught they blame it on the employee's.
