Coworkers need to stay off their cell phones at work and focus on their jobs.
Hire male only for salaried managers. 3/4 of them have no bachelor degree. Problems in the Waco DC are because they focus on hiring men instead of the most qualified.
Management should stop making changes that effect associates without having focus group meetings for feedback. Focus groups and one on one meeting are not happening any longer. RIW’s not happening any longer at Waco DC
Bad managers. All about the boys club don’t know what they are doing. No training program for new associates. Turnover horrible. Problems that exist in Waco DC because they don’t know how to manage or lead
