Communication. Too many mixed messages

Agendas before large meetings to get all teams on same page prior.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Wrong leadership in key positions. Gotta get experience in there to train those positions before handing over.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More stock options for those mid level management. And better benefits than the shop floor would be nice.
