If I was paid as much, if not more then a male employee, in the same position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always available to help me with the best way to handle customer issues and in some situations, for example, the accounting team assist in solving the issue quickly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most all employees know their job and do it very well. This encourages others to do the same. The culture is based on high expectations but in a respectful manner. Overall the culture works great as more employees participate in equality, concern for others success and remembering all people count.
