Communication is absolutly non existent,
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There needs to be a vetting process, if you don't know how a computer works you shouldn't be allowed to run million dollar equipment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication and not short staffing. Also it is very disheartening to know that because I'm gay my time request offs get taken less seriously and denied more than my straight co workers
