Take a good hard look at your middle management. They will make or break the culture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Talent development and opportunities to advance are significantly lacking. Appoint leaders with genuine humilty and forward thinking traits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was appalled to find that my market worth was 30% higher for similar work, experience and education
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Middle managers (both men and women) are rude and disrespect forward thinking/fair managers. In some areas there is a frat culture that alienates folks that arent like them.
