How does CDK Global handle HR issues?
Poorly--HR does not care about their employees. I had a issue and it took over 3 weeks to resolve. It was not a difficult issue but I had missing pay. Three weeks to resolve this simple issue was way too long. The people in payroll do not know what they are doing. They laid off the experienced payroll people now we are all suffering.

typical- most of the people I interviewed with were not that good at it.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from CDK Global?
Hiring manager- it took at least a week before I heard back. Recruiting was very slow with follow up.

terrible - too many people involved, it was all about them making themselves look smart.

Poor.
What kind of people succeed at CDK Global?
Friendly no questions asked, follow the crowd type people. Good luck trying to improve a process or have your own original thoughts heard. CDK higher ups are there to make money for the shareholders, who are not happy as of late.
What's the pay like for Customer Support roles at CDK Global?
Pay is good if you can prove yourself in the first couple years. If not don't expect to get promotions. Be prepared to make friends with higher ups to get that promo. Otherwise you'll be a stick in the mud until you move on.
What's the vibe like in the Customer Support dept at CDK Global? How many hours are you working?
Salaried working 40hrs a week, with the occasional on call shift that comes with working a Saturday. People seemed depressed, mostly golden handcuff syndrome
What's the Customer Support team like at CDK Global?
The teams are good people, some new to the IT world, others with years of experience. Moral is low when everyone is looking over their shoulders for the next round of layoffs.
How's the leadership on the Customer Support team at CDK Global?
Leadership just seems to be sticking through in hopes the CEO of the last 3 years will resign soon, as that seems to be his track record. No support for personal growth, just metrics so they don't get looked down on from higher ups.
What's the Business Development team like at CDK Global?
Bad, the products are stale, no R&D and no one cares.
How's the leadership on the Business Development team at CDK Global?
Not very strong. CDK relies on a strong product and limited competition. With R&D in shambles from cost cutting, plus new management is only into financial management, product is weak. Plus the VP OF SALES NORTH AMERICA, has no idea what Adp dealer services sold or did, he only knows and cares about digital ad spend and websites. The company ADP spun off is crumbling. Don’t sell there, not a place to be yet
