Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Love my role and what I do, but it has been a horrible pain getting an appropriate job title and getting paid appropriately for the work that I do. No support from senior leaders, and my manager has been fighting a fruitless war for years on my behalf. HR and leaders seem to constantly fight us.
