What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to their bottom level employees, not move business over to India, and to stop completely reworking the customer service model instead of improving on the one we already have

My pay isn’t laughable. NOT even close to industry standards.

We are now waiting to be let go. The Board decided that India has the best employees. They are laying off in large groups. They are more worried about their money than customer retention. Seems that they forgot what happened the last time they tried the India project.

comfortable work space and reasonable hours

Work life balance.. work from home 3 days a week. If not for that I would have left a long time ago.

Employees are so worried about losing their jobs that the positive turned into a negative how can people be positive when I think they’re gonna be laid off today or tomorrow

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
CEO only cares about getting money in his pocket and not the morale of his employees. Would rather send work over to India, at the expense of its customers because it is the cheaper option
