Leadership seems to be intent on driving the company into the ground. Is there more profit in killing a business than in running it? There must be, because no one of average intelligence could think they are doing anything other than destroying the business.
CDK often tries to act like a successful company. The result is similar to putting a big spoiler on a Buick Regal... yes some high performance vehicles have big spoilers, but adding a spoiler to grandpa's buick doesn't make it competitive with those other vehicles.
You have two opportunities here to be paid fairly. 1 is when you negotiate to start so negotiate hard because you will quickly fall below market salary with the low raises and limited promotions. 2 is when you give your notice - then suddenly a huge raise and promotion becomes available.
