The tone of Communication, and understanding. Leader shod be little other.

If we did better follow up, and follow through it heart place.

Again understanding. The managers know everything about nothing. If they listen, it would become a place of growth vs. Just a place to work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everybody has life outside of work, and from time to time it ok to discuss those things, but it shouldn't be every day. It makes the work place a difficult place
