When I first started it was an amazing job. The workload was fair, the pay was fair. Eventually the company stated layoffs & the workload continued to raise until it was unreasonably high.

Laid back attire is acceptable
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They all hate their job & do the minimum.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. No one has any clue what is going on and no one works together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workload is horrendous. We should be compensated for the work old we have & what is expected of us.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Let employees know if they have a future in the company. Too many lay offs for employees to feel secure in their position.
