After starting as a Contractor, I was referred to my current Team and after a couple of months was hired as a full time employee. There is opportunity to progress in your career within the company and there is a program in place to explore other departments.

They are very accessible for questions and we have Team meeting every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working through challenges with a client and leaving the client feeling happy with the engagement. I like to solve client problems, while holding to the company standards of excellence.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open door policy from bottom to the top. The company motto is "Do the right thing" and if you see something, say something. The ELT leads by example and walks the talk.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have each other's back! Team members are accessible and have a chat set up to ask each other questions. We also chat each other individually, if we have a process question and know a particular teammate has previously dealt with a similar situation.
