The best part of the compensation package is the pay and the open PTO.

We truly are a team. We rely on each other. Everyone pulls a fair share of the load.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a great deal of optimism. The company has gone through some growing pains but the dust has settled.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership has specific goals and a plan to meet those goals. My role is clear as to what my part is to reach those goals.
