We all get along, and are always willing to help each other when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to complete my tasks with little to no help in a timely manner.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really do a good work and life balance that I feel like I haven't got at other companies
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do try and tell us their goals for the company. They also keep us up to date with the company's progress
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about compensation if getting properly adjusted rates for inflation. It is at a record high so it feels like losing money. Undervalued because the company is saying how well it's doing but can't adjust for inflation
