I think my company should do better at training employees. They should also make sure to explain where they were a few years ago and how they plan to change it and what they are doing to make those changes. There needs to be more organization and documentation when it comes to solutions

My team!! They are great! and being able to make my customers happy when they were unhappy for so long!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They promote work-life balance by having an alternating Friday off and a buddy to cover those days. They are also flexible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the company should understand that current employees are digging the company out of a place where the customers didn't trust us which makes employees have to put in extra work to make them happy and rebuild the relationship all while performing their daily duties
