Overall, pretty good. Frustrated with knee-jerk decisions, and lip service about employee work/life balance. If you truly believe that......then prove it! Don't keep overloading your employees. That especially goes for managers. Stop requiring so much extra time/administration tasks.

CST needs to pay market rate. Can't keep good employees if you don't.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
ELT and managers need to realize that their decisions affect people's lives.......especially our stress levels. Don't make rash decisions that require employees to instantly shift focus and put off other priorities that will still have to be done in a timely manner. Stress LITERALLY kills!
