Transparency, honesty, and sincerity. Willingness to address concerns that our customers have had in the past and what our companies go forward-path is to ensure they do not have the same experience in the future.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping our existing customers understand the direction of the company and moving them to a cloud environment. But also letting them know that we are here when they are ready and we are not going to force them to upgrade. But help them to understand the path to the most current modern SW platform.
