The pay is a little low, but in all other areas, it is a great place to work.

The positive attitude towards work.

They are very smart and helpful. It is fun to listen to them in the weekly meeting as they are very lively and comical.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical insurance which we really needed. We haven't had a chance to make use of it yet, so the jury is still out on that one.
