What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hard to say right now, working remote.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to very open about the status of the company and I feel like Dave Zolet really cares about his employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am thrilled that I get to work from home and only have to go into the office every other week. Sure helps on gas and tolls.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As people are leaving our team, they are not being replaced, and I feel I should be compensated for doing the job of 3 people, or at least get a decent raise instead of just 3%.
