It's been different due to Covid, not enough comradery anymore
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that the company is very diverse.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working autonomously, positive attitudes, being asked for advice
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together and have each others backs!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be better than the multiple teams we have had in the past, but, I don't have much to do with them....
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been told my salary is based on where I live but I live in the highest cost of living place in all of North America. If pay scales are related to where you live, the cost of living should be a factor and so should the exchange rate.
