My overall experience has been great. My only downside was the rate of pay. I love what I do, and the people I work with. It is a wonderful environment to work in.

Completing my responsibilities, and learning new things.

They seem to truly care about their employees, and are very open with communication.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That they understand everyone has a home life, and that mental health is important.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very friendly and helpful. Everyone has made me feel welcome, and has been patient with any questions I've had while learning.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I should have been hired as what I was making while a temp for the company. It was misleading when I left my original job to accept this one when my rate of pay was established.
