After 11 years, I have seen the transitions and shifts, overall I have had a fairly good experience, thanks to a handful of individuals who have helped along the way, and recognized my talent.

CentralSquare is very fair and inclusive of all races, sexes, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my team and my customers. I love the interactive nature of this role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works great together, collaboratively. We rely on each other for assistance and questions and everyone is always available for the team effort.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Manager is always looking out for her team and checking in. Those above her do no get the correct message out to us. I feel like my job is always in limbo.
