Emotional rollercoaster. I am not used to the corporate world at all. The changes in leadership still throw me for a loop when they occur. I hate when anyone losses a jonb.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing my projects on time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think I am paid fairly, I just do not like the 401K match amount and how it's paid out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like the fact our team actually gets along and likes each other. It's a joy to work with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the fact that our company displays (and backs up) strong ethics. Above all, ethical leaders is what will have the company stay strong.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
ELT group seems to drive towards the goal of 'One' CentralSquare as the basis for all we do. Great goal! I get it, but I think in the drive to be 'One', we are losing some of the uniqueness of what each of the companies brought to the new company.
