All over the place. I've been moved between multiple positions with varying levels of satisfaction with each. It seems like the wrong people are taken seriously. Nothing is ever done about inappropriate/unprofessional behavior in employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility in work/life balance. Many opportunities for self-motivation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Demonstrating care for the employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too high a workload without options for effectively handling it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too low in number to effectively handle backlog in addition to incoming tickets. Interactions are generally rude/unprofessional.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company has repeatedly taken away benefits. There used to be free breakfast and lunch but that was taken away. Bonuses have gone down every year with no concern for the employees receiving them. Obvious HR violations remain ignored.
