I think CST provides great products to the public and I am proud of how that can help make a community better or safer. We are understaffed, underpaid and overworked. And with so many merged companies we are dealing with a lot on silo issues. The people here are what keep me coming back to work.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The teams williness to help out anyone. The ability to joke around and have fun. Feeling that they care about you and want each other to succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are understaffed and overworked. And we are paid below the average for the role. We also have very high UTE expectations and bonuses are hard to hit because on low project hours. Being paid appropriately for the job would help retain the good people and stop all the turmover,
