I feel very welcome here. The initial hiring process I wasn't very pleased with. I had to try and reach out a lot to find out where I was in the process after given a 7-10 business day it took almost a month to finally get somewhere. Other than that it has been a good experience so far.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all nice and help me when I ask or need it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy having the opportunity to work remote for a Florida company when I work in another state.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The starting pay was good and the benefits including open PTO and maternity leave are what had me interested from the beginning.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home I can go at my own pace in this position but still ask the questions if I need to.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every time I have a question I feel comfortable asking my team and they are very helpful and take the time to help me.
