Overall benefits and work life balance and really good. But the compensations are really low. I don't see any efforts in retaining the valuable long term employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensations are pretty low. Also the compensation for an long time existing employee doesn't match with the new hire for the same role. I worked very hard for the past couple of years managing everything on our product, but no recognition compensation wise.Promotions doesn't have much pay increase
