I feel my leadership takes a genuine interest in open communicate and guidance along with responsibility.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is that it seems like the people my level are actually trying and feel the same frustrations or sentiment as myself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More compensation, receiving my bonus when I constantly work with sales on their deals but see no benefit to other than a paycheck.
