Its a great company with great team members, but with all the change in executive leadership in the last few years, I am uncertain about the future direction of the company

Our team is very open and understanding and teammates will help out wherever they can
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about my compensation if the company would start increasing compensation to match industry standards before all of the good talent leaves for other opportunities
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to stop removing benefits from longstanding employees. They also need to stop putting benefits into job postings if they do not intend to keep those benefits.
