What are some of the best things about your team?
Tight, cohesive group that works well together and isn't afraid to speak out about negative feedback when needed. We are CentralSquare's leading team when it comes to adoption of Agile Scrum methodologies, and we operate in a highly efficient and productive manner.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Repeated requests by myself and my manager for a pay increase have been met with little feedback. Canadian employees in general are not paid what we should be. Clearer messaging needs to be communicated to employees so we understand what we can do to get the pay we deserve, with fair pay bands.
