That I am not micro managed. I am trusted to do the work that I need to do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been told that I have reached the ceiling for my position and cannot get a change in pay unless accepting a higher position, but the responsibilities have increased with no increase in pay.
