Very accessible. Feel free to send them a message, book some time with them, or drop into their office hours.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO! Most people recommend at least 1 or 2 weeks per quarter, but there's no hard rule on it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We encourage communication that is clear and caring. I trust that people up front with their feedback, and so I'm not worried about gossip or politics getting in the way of my work.
