We are understaffed and people are being worked to the bone. It is exhausting and I don't see a way for things to be fixed. Too many teams are too small for a global company. I love the mission and I love what we could be doing through policies. I just don't love being tired all the time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People can make jokes during meetings sometimes.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I finally get some downtime.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A lot of people on the team are hardworkers and are personable. Unfortunately, this leads to burnout.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are phenomenal. They've even extended some to help for family planning, including issues with infertility. I absolutely love that.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
What are our actual goals? All-Hands does nothing to me to really identify what we are doing. Yes, we are acquiring companies but what else? Is our goal as a company just to make money? I felt like it was more student-focused when I first got here.
