Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love my team and the work that we do, but the direction Chegg has taken Thinkful is troubling. The caliber of students has dropped, hired rates have dropped, and the 2021 layoffs caused a lot of uncertainty, fear, and anger that leadership hasn't adequately acknowledged or addressed.

My salary is competitive for my type of role.

I like being surrounded my smart, motivated, and professional colleagues who make work fun and fulfilling.

I make a competitive salary, which is great, but working remotely is probably the best part of my compensation (if it can be considered part of that category).

Everyone is a high performer and very professional. Everyone has a great sense of humor and makes work fun. The team is collaborative and tries to build everyone up.

They work to collect feedback from employees on a range of issues and are also committed to creating a company that is ethical and has a culture of improvement and transparency.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Move toward a business model focused on quality as opposed to quantity. Move from optics to actually doing the work. Create more democratic decision-making structures. Listen to employees and implement changes based on their feedback.
